A2F Memories 2020

As the year is coming to an end, I would like to express how happy I am that I got to be a part of A2F! Here are a couple of my favorite memories:

Winter Retreat

It was my first winter retreat with A2F and I got to room with Esther, Savannah, and Connie which was quite a dysfunctional time! Some key moments there were listening to the older sister’s testimonies during Sister’s Night, vibin at the campfire, and having a deep talk with my retreat roomies at night.

Sister’s Night

I remember this night I was so tired from school and such, and I didn’t want to really go to the post-night, but I did it anyways and it was so memorable. After ice skating and eating dessert at Cafe Kleo, typical Deborah wanted to have a post-post-post Dick’s burgers. The car ride back was so goofy and silly, and it was a moment where I really felt that A2F was like my family.

Additionally, I want to feature some of my Freshman sister’s favorite memory:

Esther:

“My favorite memory is probably the Freshmen girls going to Jamie’s house and making food. I remember we made bibimbap and hotteok and that was really good. I also enjoyed whenever we did little activities like planting and making the shrink-a-dink keychains!”

Angelina:

“One of my favorite memories this year was when some of the Berkeley brothers and sisters came to UW! I had brought my friend from SPU to A2F that Friday night and he showed everyone how he ate oranges with the skin on... then some of the Berkeley friends and Gloria and Moe’neyah proceeded to try it too and it was hilarious!!”
