Midwest Vision Trip

This past year, we had our FIRST SUMMER VISION TRIP! A2F UW students from classes of 2019, 2020, and 2021 joined forces for a time of outreach, discipleship, and fellowship! Our key verse inspired our hearts to go out of our comfort zones on the different college campuses we visited--seeing them as mission fields.

'Love one another with brotherly affection. Outdo one another in showing honor. Do not be slothful in zeal, be fervent in spirit, serve the Lord.' (Romans 12:10-11)

First, we landed in Detroit and went straight to the UMich campus.

Getting our Michigan Gear!
Everyday we got trained up by P. Steve!
One of our outreach ideas to talk to Michigan students!
Many of our hearts went out for the students there!
We also made sure to have times for fellowship and fun!

After about a week, our next destination was Purdue University in Indiana for a couple days!

Even though we were there for a short time, we prayed for them as we felt there was definitely a sense of how the harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few at Purdue.

In our last destination: CHICAGO--we had an eventful four days!

On our first full day we stopped by Wheaton College!
Wheaton is home to the Billy Graham museum. We were in awe and felt inspired by him as he devoted all of himself towards God's kingdom work.
Stopped by to see our friends at Northwestern, one of our newest church plants! It was a beautiful campus near Chicago.
Helped our beloved former staff members at UChicago as we spent one day finding out about the spiritual climate of the campus.
Had fun exploring the city!

Ended our last night with a sharing, and God surprised with us a sudden, fun moment of fireworks! Hope you can join us for our next vision trip! (:
